For generations, the women of Morocco’s Souss-Massa have kept Amlou as a daily ritual of nourishment, hospitality and wellbeing. Stone-ground Beldi almonds, torréfiée argan oil and raw orange blossom honey, brought together without changing what generations perfected.
The same hands roast and press the argan kernel into culinary oil. In the Taliouine highlands, they pick saffron at dawn, one flower at a time.
