When All Three Converge: The Moroccan Triple in Compound Application.

The greatest culinary statement these ingredients can make is not as soloists but as an ensemble. The following recipes deploy all three elements of the Moroccan Triple in deliberate, architecturally considered compound applications. Dishes where the interplay between argan oil’s roasted warmth, saffron’s metallic perfume, and amlou’s sweet-savory density creates something categorically greater than the sum of its parts.

Culinary argan oil · Taliouine saffron · Amlou
